Artistic Direction
Miguel Maia
Miguel is artistic director of Companhia Cepa Torta , master in Theater and Community by ESTC. One of his last shows - Never Seen - brought together people from Marvila (and their stories) with professional actors. His main focus of work is dramaturgical work, staging and working with non-actors. He is the artistic co-director of the project Esta noite screams , a feast of readings of theater texts, with Filipe Abreu, with whom he also shares the direction of MALACATE.

Production and Communication
Tatiana Lemos
She has a degree in Art Studies (FLUL, 2011), a degree in Photography (Ar.Co, 2015) and is completing her Masters in Editorial Design (IPT). He has been working on cultural projects (theatre, dance, cinema) with various structures since 2011, in the areas of production, communication and programming. In Lisbon, she was co-founder of CONDOMÍNIO – Festival of Local Culture in Housing Spaces (2014-2017). With the PédeXumbo Association, he integrated community and participatory artistic projects, as well as ethnographic-based research projects (2016-2019). In 2020 he worked with TYPA, a museum/studio dedicated to printing in Tartu (Estonia), where he sparked an interest in letterpress printing and other “slow” printing techniques.
He currently develops graphic design and cultural production projects as a freelancer, as well as independent graphic and editorial projects.

Project Management
Bruno Costa
Bruno Costa holds a master's degree in Creative Industries Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP), having specialized in his research in the processes and mechanisms of internationalization of artistic projects and international cooperation, in particular the construction of European cultural identity. He is a PhD student in Cultural Studies at the University of Aveiro and teaches the curricular unit Partnerships, Networks and Internationalization in Creative Industries at UCP. He is an elected member of the Circostrada Network steering committee.
He is co-director of Bússola , an organization that works in multidisciplinary domains in the cultural and creative market, with the mission of supporting the planning and strategy of artistic and cultural projects applied to the contemporary, focusing on the transnational dimension. Of note is the management of the Outdoor Arts Portugal platform, the coordination of the European project BETA CIRCUS, the co-organization of LEME and the management of the Aldear project, in the Tâmega e Sousa region.

Project Management
Daniel Vilar
Daniel Vilar is a cultural and marketing manager, with a degree in Marketing Management from IPAM. His complementary training includes specialized courses in Event Management (Turismo de Portugal) and Project Management, as well as participation in conferences in the areas of strategy, innovation, marketing and tourism. His career reveals a special appetite for event and festival management, with a focus on experience and immersive contexts.
