I was here, I'll be here | Inauguration

I Was Here, I'll Be Here is a street art installation in the Mina de São Domingos, resulting from the dialogue between two artists - one Portuguese and one Norwegian -, the mining town of Røros and the Mina de S. Domingos.

Tamara Alves and Pøbel spent a brief period in the city of Røros, an old mining site reinvented as a museum, in March of this year, then moving on to the municipality of Mértola during the month of June, where, in a different climate, they shared a common heritage: mining in an isolated region with few alternative resources.
