Filipe Abreu

Actor

He has the EPTC Interpretation course (2012). He joined the ESTC Actors course, which he exchanged for the Theater Production course, from which he graduated in 2017. He attended the Theater Workshop of First Symptoms (2016). He worked with directors such as Carlos Avilez, Teresa Côrte-Real, Pedro Caeiro, Bruno Bravo, Leonardo Garibaldi, Gonçalo Amorim, Luis Guenel, Francisco Medina, Luís Moreira and Miguel Maia. He worked on texts by more than 30 playwrights. In street theater, he worked with Ten_Tart and Projecto Ez. In cinema, he participated in works by João Pedro Rodrigues, the duo André Santos and Marco Leão, Miguel Clara Vasconcelos, Matilde Calado, Henrique Prudêncio and Marguerite de Hillerin and Félix Dutilloy-Liégeois. He has been voice acting and television since 2011, of which his participation in Valor da Vida (2018/2019) stands out. He founded and directs Inquietarte since 2013. Since March 2017, he has co-directed, with Miguel Maia, the festival of readings of plays called Esta noite grita-se, with Companhia Cepa Torta, of which he is also a member.
