Lise Wulff

Plastic Artist

Lise Wulff is a Norwegian artist who connects the domains of art and culture with the environment and nature. Her practice art employs a variety of visual media, such as painting, sculpture and “Land Art” for the development of artistic projects of diverse impact and scale.

Wulff seeks to give visibility to the interconnection between humans and nature, with some of his works explaining the fragility of nature, while others show the strength of nature, in a continuous balance between the perpetual changes of seasons and time.
Lise Wulff has exhibited in galleries and museums in Norway and abroad. Recent group exhibitions include Lost Garden at the Henie Onstad Art Centre, Norway; Ahoj at the Kampa Museum, Prague; ArtEco Gallery, London; and Izložba at Treci Gallery, Belgrade.

Her ecological art project, The Scream from Nature, was included in Edvard Munch's official 150th birthday celebration in 2013, and he collaborates with the United Nations Environment Programme.Wulff received grants from Billedkunstnernes Vederlagsfond, the Municipality of Oslo, the Sparebankstiftelsen DNB and the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
